Franchise Opportunities

We are looking for new sites for Unleashed. We opened our first facility in November 2020 and are now up to three locations, soon to be four. We create the safest environment for people to walk their dogs and have fun with their families. Our customers like what we do and we want to replicate that around the country working with existing landowners in a franchise model.

What we’re looking for …

• Size: 7 – 12 acres (suiting large 3 adventure parks)

• Terms: Full guidance on planning and adventure park design, Unleashed will manage all online customer bookings and marketing of the venue

• Planning: Full planning application managed and submitted by Unleashed Dog Parks Ltd, for a change of use of agricultural land

• Services: Access to mains water supply preferable

• Access: Alongside or near a main road preferable, smart field design can offer some flexibility

• Demographic: Within a reasonable distance of a good populace ideal
